The staff at Kinder Kampus is our most important resource.  Without high quality, enthusiastic, motivated, and trained staff, it would be impossible to deliver the premium quality childcare service that Kinder Kampus is known for.

The staff at the centre is in regular contact with the children, families, childcare community, and the physical facility so the quality of service and reputation depends on the performance, attitudes, and appearance of each staff member. It is for these reasons that we have selected top-notch individuals that we believe are of a high standard and possess specific desired skills and characteristics.

Kinder Kampus is continually searching for top quality new candidates to join our team.    As required, we hire new employees for the following positions: 

• Staff Supervisor
• Early Childhood Educator
• Special Needs Educator
• Infant-Toddler Educator
• Out of School Care Educator
• Childcare Assistant

If you have the following attributes and qualifications and wish to join our team, the we are interested in learning more about you. 

• Credentials.  Almost all positions require at least an Early Childhood Education certificate, while specialized positions requiring advanced certificates such as Special Needs, or Infant-Toddler.  Exceptions include the Childcare Assistant position that requires that the applicant is enrolled in at least one course towards an Early Childhood program, and the Out of School Care Educator position - which is typically filled by students attending education courses at local colleges or universities.
