May 6, 2006.  Kinder Kampus Launches a New Website

Kinder Kampus is pleased to announce the launch of a new website.  Our colourful and dynamic site includes more information on Kinder Kampus programs and facilities, and offers virtual tours of our childcare centres. The website also provides parents with password protected access to our webcams, newsletters and other useful documents.

January 3, 2006.    Kinder Kampus Opens New Toddler Centre near West Coast Express Station in Coquitlam.
 

Kinder Kampus is pleased to announce the opening of a new toddler centre at Burquest Community Centre in Coquitlam.  With a location close to the Coquitlam West Coast Express station and bus loop, this location will be particularly convenient for parents who commute. The centre will have a capacity of 24 spaces serving children of ages 16-36 months.  Kinder Kampus has made customized improvements to the facility and furnished it with a brand new complement of equipment, toys, and learning aids specialized for the infant toddler age group.  In keeping with an early learning focussed philosophy, this program will include developmental components that are appropriate for this age group.  For more information, please call Maria at 604-464-2272.

September 6, 2005.   Kinder Starts New Before-After School Care Program at Aspenwood Elementary.
 

Kinder Kampus is pleased to announce the successful opening of our new before/after school program at Aspenwood Elementary in the Heritage Woods neighbourhood.  We have a licensed capacity of 45 children of ages Kindergarten to 12 years, and we will be increasing registration to full licensed capacity over the next year.  For more information, please call Jennifer at 604-461-2236.

February 28, 2005.   Kinder Kampus selected as a finalist for Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award

Kinder Kampus is proud to have been selected as a finalist for the Small Business of the Year Award, from the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce for 2005.  The award was recognized at the Chamber of Commerce Gala Evening in February 2005.

June 24, 2003. Kinder Kampus to Open a New Children’s Center at Pleasantside Elementary School.

Kinder Kampus is pleased to announce that we will start up a new before/after school care and pre-school center at Pleasantside Elementary School, starting in September 2003.

The new center will offer the same high standard of care and quality of facilities as our other two childcare centers at nearby Old Orchard Hall and the new Heritage Mountain Community Center (opening in July).

Our new location at Pleasantside Elementary will offer the following features:

·         Enriched, educational programming.

·         Password-protected Internet webcam monitoring for parents.

·         Well-equipped facility, including new computers.

·         High quality ‘Early Childhood Educator’ certified staff.

·         Visiting teachers for pre-school music and French.

·         Driving to/from selected schools.

We will be making classroom improvements over the summer and will complement the center with a brand new set of furniture, toys, and educational materials in time for the new school year in September.

January 1, 2003. Kinder Kampus Announces the July 2003 Opening of a New Daycare Centre at the Heritage Mountain Community Building in Heritage Woods.

Kinder Kampus is pleased to announce that, after a public tendering process, the City of Port Moody administration has selected
Kinder Kampus (for the second time) as the successful proponent to develop and operate a childcare facility in the new community building in the Heritage Woods area.

Kinder Kampus will make a significant capital investment for improvements to the building to implement a top-quality, built-for-purpose childcare facility.    After furnishing with a full complement of new equipment, toys, and learning aids this will be another top-notch childcare centre with a license for 25 children of ages 30 months to Kindergarten age.

With its stunning views and proximity to a local park, playground, sports field, and amphitheatre,  this location is ideal for a childcare facility to service the fast growing Heritage Mountain community.
